We come to Norwich a few times a year and always book at Jorges. It is the only place where I order steak away from home - other restaurants disappoint with steaks but at Jorges they are absolutely outstandingly out of this world. How on earth they can transform a piece of beef into the mouth wateringly yumminess they serve is beyond my comprehension, particularly the platters which have so many different flavours for each cut of steak that it leaves me flabbergasted as to how they achieve it.

Awesome food, my self and my daughter had the Argentine steak with a Large Mozambique Tiger Prawn , the steak was so tender it was unbelievable, probably the best steak that I have ever had, and I have spent a large portion of my life in hotels in many countries.
The prawn was equally as good. Add to that, the waitress was bright, helpful, cheerful and smiling, not an easy task with 28 guests! We shall return!

Best kept secret in Norwich. We opted for some sea food tapas to start (the octopus was especially brilliant), but as it turned out, they were outshone by the magnificent steak sharing platter that followed. Everything was cooked to perfection and we really could not fault the food, service, wines or ambience. We now have a new favourite restaurant, and look forward to coming back soon. Jorge - please don’t change a thing - you cannot improve on perfection
