By Train: Norwich Railway Station is approximately 15-20 minutes' walk from Jorge's, or take a quick taxi ride (5 minutes).
Walking route from station: Exit the station onto Thorpe Road, head towards the city centre via Prince of Wales Road, continue to Castle Meadow, then turn onto Red Lion Street. Look for the black gates on your left.
By Taxi/Uber: Simply ask to be dropped at "Jorge's Restaurant, 2-3 Orford Yard, Red Lion Street". Your driver can drop you right at the entrance to the courtyard.

Had a pre-theatre meal here - what a fantastic little restaurant! Lovely setting and great staff, but the menu is the real star here - top quality ingredients, authentic and varied choices and well paired wines. All three courses were interesting, different and hugely enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Superb tapas lunch on a gorgeous sunny day so sat outside first with a cold beer. Then in for an all fish selection - scallops, clams and octopus dishes which were all wonderfully cooked and superbly presented - washed down with a glass of Alvarinho The waiters are brilliantly versed in the menu selections. So impressed to hear that they do a pre-theatre dinner so booked that too whilst there.

Beautifully presented and delicious food, served with a friendly and attentive manner by Ana, in a well decorated and cosy environment. Excellent. What is not to like?
