Gorgeous Jorges. Set back from the main high street this little jewel of a restaurant impressed as soon as we walked through the door. Authentic Portuguese vibes took us straight back to many happy holidays in Portugal.
Service good and not overbearing. Delicious staters of salmon ceviche and Iberian black pork followed by Argentinian rib eye steak with the house piri piri sauce and chimichurri sauce. The pig cheeks were melt in the mouth.

We had a very rare date night and chose Jorge’s – it did not disappoint! The service was outstanding and the food absolutely incredible. Everything felt so authentic and of the highest quality, as though we were dining in Jorge’s own home.
It truly was a beautiful experience. If you’re thinking about booking a table at Jorge’s, absolutely do it – you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable evening. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to Norwich.

I cannot rate Jorges highly enough! It is such a great experience. We have been coming to Jorges for a few years now and the food, service and atmosphere have always been fantastic. We love the quality of the meat and the wines are so well-chosen.
We had the fillet with the pepper sauce followed by the caramelised pineapple with lime & Basil sorbet and the Chocolate Pão de Ló, with Vanilla & LBV Port Wine Ice Cream. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so efficient. We will be back!
