From the 13th April to 15th May Inclusive: You can book for lunch or dinner in our outside heated courtyard
18th May onwards: You can book for lunch or dinner, dining inside or outside.
IMPORTANT: In the event of bad weather outside reservations will be cancelled.

Our staff are all fully trained and briefed on how to limit customer contact, and nobody will be working here if they’ve displayed symptoms or share a household with someone who has shown symptoms.
What are we doing to keep you safe?
Regular cleaning of the restaurant (Inside and outside) throughout the day and between diners
We have reduced the number of tables inside the restaurant to ensure diners are a safe distance from each other
We have installed two glass screens to make sure diners are separated and able to keep a safe distance from each other
We have a hand sanitizing station for you to use on arrival and departure
We regularly sanitise all door handles at the restaurant, throughout the day.
Between seating’s, each table and chairs will be sanitized between diners
We will have single-use disposable menus that can be immediately recycled. Or menus that are sanitized between diners
In the bathroom we have antibacterial handwash in a hands-free soap dispenser, our individual cotton hand towels have been replaced with disposable paper towels
We’re asking customers to pay by card instead of cash, if they are able to & our card machine will be sanitized between users
Our staff have their temperature taken each day on arrival to Jorge's to ensure they do not have a temperature
Staff members regularly wash & sanitise their hands
Diners will be asked to complete our track & trace “Checkin” prior to arrival when possible or on arrival to Jorge’s. This can be done using our personal QR code & your information will be deleted after 21 days. On paper at Jorge's; which will be safely disposed of after 21 days Alternately, you can check-in using our NHS track and trace government app. the NHS QR code will be visible when you arrive at Jorge's.
Once you are seated at the table our team will bring you clean glasses, cutlery, napkins etc. (Nothing is left of the table)
All staff members will be required to use face coverings when in the public/common areas
We will update these procedures when the government releases restaurant guidelines
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – RULE OF 6
A maximum of 6 people can dine outside from any number of households
Any number of people from a maximum of two households can eat together for outside dining
To comply with government regulations, we have had to reduce the number of tables at Jorge’s. As I am sure you understand we are proud of our intimate space but reducing tables will greatly impact our business. Therefore, to keep you safe and to helps us get through the pandemic we have introduced “two seating’s” at Jorge’s.
First Seating: Arrival at Jorge’s between 17:30 & 18:15
You will be allocated; 1 hour and 45 minutes to enjoy your meal with us.
Second Seating: Arrival at Jorge’s between 19:45 - 21:00
Arriving between 19:45 & 20:00 you can stay with us until we close
What’s the best way to make a reservation?
The fastest way for you to book a table and get instant confirmation is to book using our online booking system.
(Your reservation will be confirmed on the booking screen. Following this, you will receive an email confirmation plus a friendly reminder 48 hours before your reservation, and because some people don't check their emails, you will probably get a friendly text reminder as well)

To make a reservation on the day please call us on 01603 764 441. We may be able to offer alternative timings on the day. (Our booking system is closed for on the day reservations).

Please arrive & leave on time, the above timeframes for first and second seatings must be respected.
We understand that your plans may change, however, if you need to cancel your booking we respectfully ask you to let us know with as notice as possible, to allow us to rebook your table. Cancellations with a reduced number of tables will really impact us in a negative way, as a small independent restaurant we really need your support
If you have any symptoms of Covid 19, please stay at home, the safety of other diners and our staff is of paramount importance to us
What do you need to do?
Track & Trace: To comply with government guidelines we are required to take the names & contact details of each diner at your table. Whenever possible please do this prior to arrival using our “Checkin” system online. ➡️➡️ CHECKIN NOW ⬅️⬅️ Alternatively you scan the QR code on our disposable menus or you can fill in a paper version at Jorge's. If you prefer you can check in with the Government NHS Track and trace app. For the NHS QR code to work you must have installed and setup your app in order to be able to scan the code.
On arrival, wait to be seated by our team
When entering and exiting Jorge’s restaurant & to use the bathroom you are required to wear a face covering. This can, of course, be removed when you are seated
Please use the sanitising station on arrival and exiting the restaurant/courtyard
Maintain a 1m distance from other diners at all times
Please stay seated, don't walk around the restaurant
Now for the most important rule… Relax and enjoy your meal! We can’t wait to spoil you!
